A Parkwater residents group has been formed over the past few years known as the Parkwater Forest Management Group. The group meets to discuss important matters such as the maintenance of the surrounding bushland, local community functions and to voice any concerns regarding the estate. The group is now looking to merge with Cowaramup Halls & Recreation Group to assist with the overall maintenance of the estate.

The group is looking to work in conjunction with the National Trust who maintain the bushland. As more residents become involved, it is hoped further social functions and recreational events will take place so everyone within the estate can get to know each other better and become an even more closer knit community.
